Pack 105 is a traditional Cub Scout organization that was chartered in 1973. The Pack actively involves parents with their boys in pursuit of achievements that teach the boys many important social, personal, and life skills. The pack is organized into Dens where the boys usually meet weekly to work on their achievements towards rank advancement. Recognition of advancement is made at the monthly pack meetings.

Annual Pack events include:

Camping

  • Family Early Fall Campout (tents, cabins)
  • Family Late Fall Campout
  • Family Winter Campout (tents, cabins)
  • Spring Den Campouts (tents, local)
  • Summer Cub Scout Adventure Camp (Camp Cutler)

Service

  • Charity Carnival
  • Scouting for Food - Collecting canned and boxed food for the local food shelf
  • Caroling at a Honeoye Falls Nursing Home
  • Conservation Projects
  • Other service projects organized by individual Dens

Activities:

  • AOL Scout Brigade in Canada
  • Orienteering at Mendon Ponds Park
  • Pinewood Derby
  • Memorial Day and the Firemans' Parades
  • Blue and Gold Banquet
  • Scout Night Skiing at Bristol Mountain
  • Bicycle Rodeo
  • Pumpkin Chuckin'

Cub Scout Adventure Camp - Time to sign up!!!

Good Day Scouts and families!

It is time to get serious about signing up for Cup Scout Adventure Camp.  Spots are booking up already, and we dont want to lose out.  We are participating in Session 5 from July 21 - July 23.  This is run from Sunday mid morning to Tuesday late evening.

This Monday night, at 6:30 in the Mendon Church, eight of our AOL will be completing their journey though Cub Scouts.  These boys and their families have been together for over 5 years learning, exploring and having fun.  Seven of the eight have decided to continue their journey by joining local Boy Scout Troops.

Good day scouts.  We are being called to help those in need.  Scouting for Food is an ongoing annual program of the Boy Scouts of America, begun in 1985 by the Greater Saint Louis Area Council. ... Scouting for Food is a project rooted in the very foundation of the Scouting movement and its dedication to implement the Scout Slogan and do a good turn daily.

Please save the date for our 2019 Blue and Gold Banquet. 

It is at the Bugundy Basin Inn, on Thursday February 28 from 6-8 PM

The banquet is a chance for scouts and families to come together, have a meal, talk about the scouting year, and have some fun.

Pinewood Derby Weekend is almost here!!!

Good day scouts and scouting families!!!  

The Pinewood Derby weekend is almost here.  The Pinewood Derby begins on Friday night with MANDATORY Registration on Friday night.  Registration will be open from 7pm - 9pm.  If you want to race on Saturday you are required to get your car weighed, and registered on Friday night.  You dont have to be there, but you car does.  If you are travelling, or busy, have a friend bring your car for you.  You will have roughly 2 hours for weigh in, make test runs, and complete MINOR tuning.  Please come to teh event with a prepared car.  Your car will be stored safely over night, and be ready to race Saturday morning.
